The Cottage
Starting out work at the cottage ranged from a variable amount of issues, from the internal Plastering which had been finished in sand and cement to having no french gulley on the external perimeter.
Damp Proofing
On inspection knowing the walls had penetrating damp and cold patches from the chimney we Removed any Timber fixtures and chopped back all the plaster from the brick work.
Rendering
We organised Scaffolding to the front elevation and the above level to access the roof. Assessing the damage we knew all of the render was to come off so we proceeded with that.
